What this site is

This site describes our founder-content services and lets you book a discovery call. Nothing on it is a binding offer: the scope, deliverables, pricing and guarantees of any engagement are agreed in a separate written agreement before work begins. Content on this site, including described outcomes, is illustrative and does not promise specific results.

Bookings

• Booking a discovery call is free and does not create a service contract
• You agree to provide accurate contact details when booking
• Either of us may reschedule or cancel a call; the invite email contains the links to do so

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no automated scraping or bulk requests, no attempts to circumvent the bot protection, no fake or abusive bookings, and no interference with the site’s operation or security.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the Aleteo name and marks belong to us or our licensors. Using the site grants you no license to any of it. Third-party names and logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services

The site links to and relies on third-party services (scheduling, analytics, social platforms). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply to your use of them.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to CAD $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. Disputes belong to the courts of Ontario.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives at this address with its date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
